STRUCTURE

Business Systems Foundation

Build the foundation your business needs.

One clear, connected structure that carries people from first finding you to working with you and beyond.

What you have isn’t wrong. It’s just incomplete.

Your business has grown. Its structure has not caught up.

You have real work, a real message, and people you are here to help.

But the website, funnel, emails, calendar, and CRM were often added one at a time, for different needs, at different stages of the business.

The pieces may work. The path between them still depends on you remembering what happens next, checking that it happened, and stepping in when it did not.

You do not need more disconnected pieces. You need what you already have, plus what is missing, to work as one clear structure.

You need more than disconnected pieces or a few cobbled-together templates.

My work begins with what is already there.

We look at your offer, your audience, your message, your existing materials, and the path an interested person needs to take from finding you to working with you.

Then we decide what should be preserved, connected, refined, replaced, or left alone.

You need an architect, not another order-taking builder.

I'm Jeanne Andrus.

I spent 25 years in corporate information technology. Since 2008, I have built and operated my own coaching business. In other words, I speak empath, and I also speak geek.

Today, I help coaches and healers build systems that support the change they wish to make in the world. If technology has felt unfamiliar, confusing, or simply not where you want to spend your time, I exist to help you make sense of it.

We look at your business. We listen to your audience. We feel the response your offer creates.

Then we make sure the people who meet you online can feel it, too.

And once I know what you want to convey, I translate it into a seamless online presence that lets your people feel seen, understand what you offer, and know what to do next.

You do not need another builder who assumes you already know exactly what should be built. You need an architect who listens first and then designs the right structure for your business and builds it with precision.

Your work has heat. Does your online presence carry it, or cool it to room temperature?

Your business and message remain yours. Online, your prospects need a clear path so the right person can recognize the value, take a first step, and know what happens next.

We use a structured copy-development process to clarify your language without muddying your voice and connect with your audience at an emotional level. Then we build the structure that carries it.

The path comes first. The technology follows.

Phase I

Sharpen Your Message

and Design the Structure

You know your audience, your offer, and your message. But can the right person recognize their value quickly online?

Through guided ideation and our emotional validation process, we sharpen and refine the message so the right person can recognize its value and follow the path you have defined.

Then we carry that message through every line, every image, and every decision point in your online presence.

Phase II

Lay the Foundation

and Raise the Superstructure

Inside your systems are the components that underpin the business: your contacts, email infrastructure, calendar, payments, and delivery.

They make it possible for people to enter your world, work with you, and receive what you have promised.

Once that foundation is firm, we build what the world sees: the funnels, email sequences, and website that carry your message outward and guide the right people into your business..

Phase III

Finish the Build

and Open the Doors

We do not wait for the entire building to be finished before any part of it can be used.

As each piece is ready, we put it into operation, watch how it performs, and correct what needs correcting. We test the full experience from first click through email, booking, payment, and delivery, while making sure the parts work together and that you feel confident operating what remains in your hands.

By the end of the engagement, the doors are already open and the structure has been tested in real use.

Your Foundation is designed around what your business already has, what is working, and what is still needed. The exact scope is defined with you before the engagement begins.

Your technology should support the work. It should not become the work.

When I first started coaching, the answer to every new idea, message, or free resource was apparently another website. I could build them quickly, but I was still spending my time building websites instead of selling what I actually did.

That is the quieter cost of disconnected systems. Every new offer or idea creates another page, form, automation, and collection of details for you to remember, check, and rescue.

The next shiny tool is unlikely to arrive and quietly organize the six tools already there.

This is not an emergency. But every hour spent serving the technology is an hour you are not spending having conversations, working with clients, or doing the work you are here to do: changing lives.

A connected foundation gives your next idea somewhere to belong, while the technology carries more of the routine work.
